Hello there all! Brand new to the forums here and thought I'd introduce myself. Grad student in NYC, Mac user for audio recording/editing (Macbook Pro), schoolwork (Powerbook G4), and video production in my lab (IMac 24", sadly not mine). I have lately been enjoying tearing apart and fixing up a third Powerbook 1.5ghz that I got super cheap on Fleabay, and figured it was time to make some more Macquaintences.

Glad to be here and look forward to contributing what I can.

Thanks all for the welcome. I grew up in Lincoln, Clay. Moved away back in '89 for the Marine Corps.
