When trying to top-up my EE mobile (cellphone) [i'm in the U.K.] account using my iPhone SE, the pre-recorded operator message asks me to tap 1 on my keypad to accept an option. When I do that the operator message continues speaking as it doesn't register that I have tapped 1. Anyone any ideas how to resolve this issue? Not sure if I need to adjust something on my phone or if the EE system is at fault. Thanks.
