When I updated my MacBook Pro to Mojave and subscribed to SpamSieve all incoming emails go into the Spam folder. How can I get it to work correctly? I had the same problem when I updated my iMac and corrected it but I can't remember how I did that at my age of 81.

Hi Jeremy

If you click on this Link, it will take you directly to the SpamSieve manual where they take you through settings etc in easy-to-follow steps.

As you are on macOS 10.14, SpamSieve will need full disk access by going to System Preferences ‣ Security & Privacy ‣ Privacy. This is described in detail in the Link. It's the one main difference from previous Operating Systems.

Please come back with any further worries.
