Bookmarks

Good morning to all
Is it possible to get the bookmarks tab to stay on the menu bar.macbook Air.

Under View in the topmost toolbar in your browser. In Safari they are called Favourites, Chrome and Firefox use Bookmarks.








The bookmarks toolbar will only hold so many tabs before they slide into the drop-down list under the double arrow at the right end. You can drag it back but another will go into the drop-down menu.

Sue has given you the answer.

As we're on the topic of Favourites and Menu Bar, another nice tip is to Go into Safari > Bookmarks >Edit Bookmarks.

Then Create a Folder and call something appropriate like: "News" and put those bookmarks you already have into the Folder - say 3 or 4 news websites into "News". (You can have Folders for whatever suits your interests).

Now Left Click-Drag that Folder into the Menu Bar. You will see "News" with down-facing arrowhead adjacent to it.

If you Command + Click on the News Folder, it will add the 3 or 4 items as Tabs.

If you Option + Click on the News Folder.it will replace all open tabs with those from News.

Just another little trick or idea.
