Right now I select email notification at the end of one of my post before I actually send it.
But I forget that more often than not.

Normally there is a setting in forums where one can select getting email notification for all of one's posts

I thought that would be in
Settings (top right) > My Account . General Settings,
but when I go there I get this error message:
syntax error, unexpected 'text' (T_STRING) on line 1 in /home/macforums/public_html/forums/profile.php(4826) : eval()'d code(67) : eval()'d code
#0 /home/macforums/public_html/forums/profile.php(4826): eval()
#1 /home/macforums/public_html/forums/dbseo.php(500): require('/home/macforums...')
#2 {main}

I do have a list of my posts under "Subscriptions" - but I don't always get an email notification - I only get those if I remember to select that for each post.

I would assume it is under General Settings, which is inaccessible at this time.

Yep, I'm getting the following message when trying to access General Settings:

syntax error, unexpected 'text' (T_STRING) on line 1 in /home/macforums/public_html/forums/profile.php(4826) : eval()'d code(67) : eval()'d code
#0 /home/macforums/public_html/forums/profile.php(4826): eval()

#2 {main}

@krs:

I set it up for you through the Admin Panel. You should now start receiving notifications to the threads you subscribed to.

Also... be happy to do it for anyone else who wants automatic email notification.

Once it's fixed, you should once more be able to do it through your Profile settings - General.

As far as the "Settings" then "General Settings" issue. Still investigating this one.

Hello all. Pleased to announce that the "Settings" then "General Settings" error issue has been resolved. If you now click on this series of two links ("Settings" then "General Settings")...you should have no problems accessing these account features & settings.:)

Again apologies & thanks for being patient.:)

Thanks Nick. That saves us from having to do it thru the Admin Panel.
