Only on my iPad and iPhone ( not laptop ), when I do OOKLA speed test, I see "Connection" says Multi or Single, this is something new, does that mean theres a conflict in settings. Look below I have Comcast/Xfinity as my wifi only why do I see AT&T also on it for both iPhone and iPad? Some thing is not right, doing speed test for multiple connection, How do get rid of AT&T on it

When I had just downloaded it, there was a pop up. It said “it was for VPN or to simulate single file speeds”, or something to that affect. I thought it would come back, but it didn’t.

I get what Bob got when using their test page at:
https://www.speedtest.net/

The popup window says:
You now have the option to use
a single connection which is best for testing
over a VPN or simulating a single file download.

When clicking the options, it shows:
Multi connection mode will show your
maximum potential speed by using multiple
streams in parallel.
Don't show again

Single connection mode is best for testing
over a VPN or simulating a single file download.
Don't show again

OK, but why use an application when their URL should give you the speed results or does the app do more than just using the URL:
https://www.speedtest.net/

OT NOTE: At least I can post on this thread!!!

I like the apps better because it takes smaller window, while site takes whole page.. its the same thing
