Hi everybody,
I am having issues installing my HP Laser Jet p1102w on my new mac.
I have download the latest HP software I could find on the hp website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/model/... is the driver for MAC 10.12
Unfortunately, my Mac's System Version is now macOS 10.13.3, but I could not find a software for this printer on the website especially developed for Mac High Sierra.
Anyway, I downloaded the software and I sucessfully installed it on my MAC following the instruction on the HP website (basically just opening the file and let the program installed itself). I now have a new application on my MAC Applications folder which is called HP e-print (the icon is blue and grey and it appears also on the doc). However when I click the icon it doesn't do anything and when I go to "System preferences - printers and scanners" I do not have any printer there so I guess the installation failed.
Could anyone help me to install the printer on my Mac??
One important thing is that I would like to install the printer without the cable, meaning, wirelessly because somehow I lost the cable so this would be easier (whenever possible).....
Thanks a lot for the help!
Guadalupe
