Watch Case Series 2 42mm Suggestions

Can someone please help? Looking for a case that properly fits my new series 2 42mm watch WITH OUT covering any of the mic holes, etc. Seems like everything I find either does or the pictures online only show the crown side.

I was just on Amazon.com and looking at the cases they had for the Series 2 42MM. Did you check all that they had? You can roll your mouse over the images to get an idea if they properly fit your watch. Most cases designed specifically for your watch should normally allow for the mic openings and so forth.
