Not much information, however are you a software developer? If not I would uninstall Jenkins as it is written in Java.

That's just a language file or folder and probably surplus and wasting about 4GB± or more drive space with all the other such surplus language files if you only need or use "english" on your Mac.

That's localization information for an app, specifically to add Taiwanese Mandarin support. You mention GitHub in the title - are you checking out code?

I do not speak or use any foreign language. I don't use jenkins. I use mail and messages. There's MUCH extraneous java coding on macbook. Could you recommend a macbook consultant to clear macbook. Tried to reinstall mac osx last week and it spun.

Those language translations are included with apps so that might explain where it came from.

Is this causing a particular issue? Re-installing macOS is likely a overkill solution.

I'd agree, but don't really understand what the OP's problem actually is IF there is one.

Maybe stop using or looking at all the Console messages and just carry on!!
