How can i get System 7.x to run on my Dell with an emulator. I have reciently trashed my Quadra so i cant get a boot ROM. I downloaded Gemulator 2000 but my question is where can I downlaod for free an Boot ROM for a Performa or Quadra comptuer and where can i download a free copy of System 7.x?

And any instructions on how to get it running would GREATLY appricated!!!!

yes there are emulators but the instructions are all in tech language and i have no idea what there talking about. I can do anything in the OS but i am very bad at programing like that.

Not sure about OS7 on the PC, but what happened to your Quadra? Is it totally gone?

You could try this

Basilisk is the only emulator that I know of for early Mac System software.
PearPC is only an emulator for OS X as far as I can tell.

I have looked at that but i have no way of getting a boot ROM.
