Hi Guys,
I'm currently looking at the prospect of doing a full HDD erase and clean USB install of Mojave (ideally 10.14.5) using a bootable USB (offline installer), but am interested to know whether I will have higher security after going through all the effort.
Is High Sierra with the latest security update (2019-003) equally as secure as Mojave 10.14.5? I recall reading that Mojave has in built protections such that permissions are required before any app accesses the system microphone etc. Are these the kind of features that even a 2019-003 High Sierra security update won't provide for meaning that Mojave is the better/more secure choice?
Regards
