We have been getting some bad weather here the past week. This morning coming in to work the sky was turning dark. When i got into the office i was on the 5th floor and looked out the window. I snapped a picture since the clouds looked strange. Depending on where you live you may have seen this before but I never have. I thought it was cool how you can see the seperation between the one big rain cloud and the rest of the sky.

yeah that is very cool, we have had some bad weather here too, i video taped the storm some of the coolest lightning I have seen. I have never seen a cloud like that though. It looks very impressive and I would like to see that in person.

Do you have the video of the lightning on your computer?

Not yet, but I have it on a HDV Tape, and wil probably put it on the internet at some point, I just have so much work to do I really can't break away from editing imporant stuff to edit the little bit of fun I had the other night, but I am sure that at one point I will capture edit and post the video.

Thats a cool picture, I live in Oklahoma and we get pretty much every kind of weather you could imagine. Especially tornadoes, but I dont have pictures of them unfortunately, but I think one of my friends does. He chases storms and takes a lot of pictures of them, if I get a hold of them ill put them up.

I live in a mountain town affectionately referred to as Bleaksburg, Virginia. Basically, the rule is as soon as the ground dries from the last rainfall, it rains.

It was that way until a week or so ago. Now it doesn't stop storming. But, I would rather have it storm like this then have more hurricanes. Last year was horrible. Especially after Wilma. 3 weeks with no power. Good thing i bought a generator after Katrina hit miami. the eye went over my house. HERE are some pictures after Hurricane Wilma.

i dont have no mac's
that is pretty cool looking, it has been in the 70's here and either raining or humid and overcast

just a lil bit of info about the picture you took. if you have ever heard a weatherperson say something about a 'front going through' or whatever that is exactly what you are looking at. it is a lot more detailed than that but that is a general explanation of it

Rained again today. The garage where some of the employees park their cars got flooded.

Going to Michigan for vacation starting next weekend. Hope the weather is better.
