I am late to this post but my story: A few years ago my husband woke me in the middle of the night doubled over in pain. Never a complainer, he said he needed the emergency room. So we went to the ER and after a full body scan they discovered the pain was caused by diverticulitis AND they had also discovered an 8 inch tumor wrapped around his right kidney. Advice, get to the urologist tomorrow. Kidney cancer is a silent killer, usually in stage 4 you learn it when you pee blood. So eventually, he had the kidney removed. Without that diverticulitis sending him to the ER, he would probably not be alive now. Finger of God for sure. It's making you pay more attention to your health (how is that for making lemonade out of lemons). And by the way his cancer was 9/11 related, he was not a first responder but he worked there and was there on a daily basis after it happened. The amount of cancers found years later is incredible.
