Hi John - hard to believe, i.e. the customer wasn't thinking and the guide's team was negligent - hope that the injured party did not have to pay the hospital bills (not sure in Switzerland?), but having signed a number of those 'release from liability' forms over the years, I would be curious? Dave :)

Me neither Dave? But I'll bet he had some kind of compensation because as you said that was pure negligence.

Mind you, the holiday insurance would have shot into their hole if he didn't have that situation covered. I was amaized when I read just how many people go on holiday and don't bother with insurance of any kind. But then again I suppose that accidents happen to others, not to me??

While I have a bit of video posted there I thought that I could lighten it up a bit with another. Iy was taken using a 'wildlife camera' I have. I is in our VERY old shed in the garden. It's my job to pull it down in the next few daze, if it doesn't fall down?

LOL, one of my favorite actors in that movie (Wesley Snipes) decided that he didn't have to pay his taxes. I guess he's still in jail?
