Is your keyboard a Mac one or a Windows one?

Tilde Key on Azerty keyboard

Hello everyone.

Steven, 42 years old here, from Belgium (flemish part), long time owner of various iPhones, iPads and iMac.

I was always a PC gamer and only just (again after 4 years) decided to get back in to my total war collection and started playing Medieval 2.

But I also wanted to do a cheat session on that game but I can't seeing that i should use the "tilde" key which isn't on my keyboard.

Where on these forums can I get some help on this?

Thank you.

It is the grave key, just like in the US keyboard.
You can open the Keyboard viewer to easily check the location of any key.

Florida resident, Mac household since 2009 (and yes, I've been mostly kicking myself for taking as long as it did to make the change). Small business owner (consultancy), on my second MPB (a 2014 15 incher - began in 2009 with a 17 incher). Jury still out on Dark Mode for me in Mojave. :) Best holiday wishes to all.

Welcome from a fellow Louisianan. I think we're outnumbered by the Texans so if you've got a few friends bring them along too.

A warm welcome to Mac-Forums.
