I noticed that issue too...some apps have 2 Help menus, other's don't...
But it's only since Tiger!

Strange...

I've noticed that since I have Tiger that when I switch apps with command+tab it overlaps the menu from the app I just switched to and the one I was on before.

I've seen that happen on my machines before too. Weird. Will be fixed in 1.4.2 hopefully. Not that it really hurts anything.
