From personal experience I would suggest you not buy from this company. Two weeks ago I ordered a SuperDrive upgrade for my iBook G4, and still haven't received it. I have tried to email customer support but have not received a response from them either, all I have received is an invoice and my debit card was charged same day. So today I decided to call, turns out the part I ordered was on back order. There was no indications on the website that the part was on back order and the guy I was talking to even admitted to that. Even to this day there is nothing saying the part is on back order. The guy I was talking to didn't even suggest that he refund my shipping or anything. He just said, "Oh, yeah it looks like the part was on back order and should ship this week", and that was it. The biggest part I can't believe is that they had all ready charged my card! So I might be calling back and telling them this and maybe I can get my shipping refunded. So to anyone considering this company forget about it just order from Other World Computing. I have ordered from them before and were great. Don't know why I didn't order my SuperDrive from them, oh well.

B E W A R E this company. You have been warned. I'm in the middle of a ridiculous situation wher emy item did not arrive after 8 months (!). Now they are falling over themselves to avoid answering my calls.
