Strange one this.

2 x macs, one is a powerbook, the other an imac both 10.14.6

Both login as local admin fine and can open Safari/load pages.

Added both to domain, both in same OU and same vLan

Login as domain user, set proxy same on both, one loads webpages, the other just sits there (imac). I even re-installed Mojave because I thought a 3rd part proxy app had messed up something.

If I login as local admin on both, browsing is fine.

I've compared/checked everything I can think of.

Ant ideas?

Login as domain user, check the DNS settings at System Preferences/Networking/<<interface>> to see if the DNS is properly set up. Not loading websites normally points to a DNS issue.
