The proper way to check for updates to Boot Camp is from the Boot Camp Control Panel application. If there are driver updates for the touchpad they will be included with a Boot Camp update. However, who knows what the MS update to Win 10 did? You will just have to wait for Apple to provide an update thru Boot Camp or roll back the Windows update.

Thanks for your reply, i can now see my version of windows is
an update from windows 7 too windows 10 but it is a 32 bit version,
this might not be compatible with boot camp v6 which seems to
only have 64bit drivers, it is very hard too use windows with no
track pad mouse.
I might have to do a refresh to an older version of windows?

You're going to wind up having to reinstall Windows 10. I'm glad you mentioned that you're on the 32 bit version as that is going to restrict you not only for drivers but also the amount of memory allocated.

My advice: Backup whatever you can from your Windows installation and then run the Boot Camp application from OS X and have it remove Windows and reclaim your drive space. After doing that, you can reinstall Windows 10, but this time use the 64 bit version. Might be a good idea to also backup your Mac OS X system before removing Windows and doing the reinstall.

Bottom line: You don't want to be running 32 bit anything. ;)
