So I finally got boot camp running alright on my mac, but I was wondering if there's a way to make the 'f' keys (f1, f2, ect) work like f keys by default, and do their other functions (brightness, ect) by holding down the 'fn' key??

It would make playing games a lot easier!

Assuming you've installed the drivers from the Leopard disc in Windows, you can change this setting by going into Control Panel => Boot Camp. Click the keyboard tab and check the box marked "Use the F1-F12 keys to control software features".

Same "f" key problem

I have the same problem, but there is no "bootcamp" in "Control Panel". I used bootcamp to install Windows 7 Ultimate. I remember it asking me if I wanted to switch the options for my "f" keys during the setup, but I didn't think about it at the time.

Solved it ;)

I couldn't find the control panel earlier. I noobily found that you can right click on the grey diamond icon on the bar and go to the bootcamp control panel there :)
