Is it possible to clone my existing PC HDD to a Mac?

I just purchased a Macbook, and it will be here next week sometime.

Is there a possible way to clone my PC drive in the MAC with Windows by software?

I've switched out my HDD on my laptop before, and it was fairly easy to clone my old drive by using Windows Server so I didn't have to reformat and re-enter everything. Is it possible to do a similar thing on a Mac? I want my exact Windows environment on the Mac.

Yes and No.

Yes you can 'Ghost' it, as it's known in the PC world, and put it on your MBP after you run Bootcamp and have windows installed.

No because this will not be a very good idea, the hardware from your PC will likely be very different than what the MBP is using for hardware. This all comes into play because of drivers.

You can still do it, but you might run into a bunch of problems because your current PC hardware configuration won't work on the current MBP hardware configuration.

Best bet is to just backup whatever you want to transfer one by one and not clone the whole drive like JGruber has stated.
