Anybody bothered by some of the restrictions on Apple's new credit card?

I get that multi-national credit card providers have restrictions on things like purchases of cryptocurrency but the article that OMT linked to includes restrictions on other things such as money orders, cash advances, lottery tickets, etc. Assume for a moment that the goal is to keep consumers from getting into financial trouble the question really is do we want any company telling us what we can / can't purchase with their financial products?

There are already cards that will not approve/clear purchase of devices they don't approve of (electronic cigarettes, etc).

The new Apple credit card also requires that you implement 2FA or you can forget it. I'm really not impressed with it since the payoff and earned cash back are not as good as some other cards. My Amazon card has much better payoffs.

I forgot to mention the 2FA requirement. There's also a restriction that it can't be used with Jailbroken equipment.

I'm not surprised by the 2FA requirement but I'm a bit more disturbed by some of the purchasing restrictions more and more card creators seem to be adding (including purchase of some legal products some may not approve of). One interpretation of that agreement even includes cash advances and money orders.
