Transfer photos and videos from iPhone to External Hard Drive

Is it possible to transfer and store photos and videos from an iPhone 6 and iPad directly to an External Hard Drive? (I do not have a Mac laptop computer).

If possible, what manufacturer's of External Hard Drive are compatible? E.g. Seagate, Western Digital

If possible, what cable would I need to use to connect iPhone and iPad to External Hard Drive?

Welcome to our forums.

It's possible to transfer to a hard drive with an adapter. With the proper adapter and software on your iPad or iPhone, you should be able to transfer them to a flash drive or hard drive. I just did a google search and it came up with many different adapters and ways to do it. The easiest way of course is if you own a PC or a Mac.
