HELP! Emergency!

Please Help!

I was trying to wipe all of the contact from my Motorola Razr and load my mac contacts instead (via bluetooth) and now all of my mac contacts are gone!!!!!!!! I have no phone numbers at all! Please help! I need to undo my last sync! Normally I would just go to the trash, but it did not delete the card, my phone just deleted the number in the card and left the empty card on my mac, AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH! Thank you!

Ok so new update. I remembered that all of my contacts are on my iPod, but I do not know how to get them off. I do not want to Sync and wipe out all of the contacts in my iPod, but I want my iPod to over ride my Mac. Thanks again!
