Hi there. I have an Apple Studio 21 CRT monitor. On CRT monitors you can usually adjust the geometry etc on the monitor itself using the buttons. This monitor however doesn't allow for that. I understand you have to use Apple screen software 1.8 and the USB connection on either the G3 Mac or G4 Mac to control by software. I don't have either in my possession. I use a Windows 98 PC for this monitor. I have two queries, which are as follows:
1. Can I adjust the geometry using any modern computer via the USB cable? If so, how?
2. If the adjustments are made are they permanent (as what would happen when making changes on a standard CRT monitor)? I.e. connecteing back upto Windows 98 PC will have geometry fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.
