Looking for a reliable 100GB or larger 3.0 flash drive

I'm looking for a reliable 100GB or larger 3.0 flash drive - what make do people recommend?
Speed is not important - a USB 2.0 flash drive would actually be fine if that is more reliable and a fair amount cheaper.

Saw a Lexar 128 GB for $30.- at staples.ca which sounded pretty good.
I thought Lexar was a reliable brand, but the single review of a 64GB version of that drive was pretty negative.

What do you intend to use the flash drive for? Reliability is very important if you're going to use the drive for data or photos that you can't afford to lose. My experience with cheaper flash drives of various sizes has not been good. Amazon.com has a variety of different flash drives of all capacities that you can choose from. Usually, they will also have several reviews you can check.

The drive will store all the historical data of a global organization - total is 92GB with a mix of pdf's, spreadsheets, power points, word documents, photos, etc.
I have two separate back ups already on two different portable drives, this USB flash drive was going to be used on a regular basis to retrieve historical information.
So if it dies, it's not the end of the world, more of a nuisance to get a replacement and then copy the data to it.
Or a bigger nuisance if the person needing to use it is out of the country.

"Reliable" and "flash drive" simply don't go together. Flash drives aren't designed for long term storage, they are made for convenience. But some are better than others. This one is almost legendary for it's speed, small form factor, and reasonable price:

Thanks, good to know about that Samsung Flash Drive.

A couple of comments.
By "reliable" I meant one that mounts consistently when plugged into a Mac and where one can read the data reliable with no errors for at least a year or two.
Theoretically any "brand-name" flash drive should do that, but like my first comment about the Lexar - reviews indicate those don't meet that rather 'tame' requirement.
For longer term storage I have the date on two separate hard drives - I was considering burning it to DVD as well, but that is a fair amount of work since I would need to burn about 20 or more disks.

The other comment is about the price of the flash drive Randy recommended - $23.- seems quite reasonable until I click on the links, and for me amazon.ca comes up with this Samsung drive at $51.- Canadian!!!
$23.00 US converts to just a few pennies over $30.- Canadian - charging $51 is pretty outrageous.

Anyway, I ordered a SanDisk Ultra Flair USB 3.0 128GB Flash Drive High Performance up to 150MB/s yesterday before Randy posted - should be here by Wednesday; hopefully that works out OK.
