After replacing the power supply board, the light is still off which I think the problem is in the main board. So I pulled the hard drive out and connected to my Macbook, all the files still there. I tried Migration Assistant but it always shows "searching" for nearly one hour. I also tried EaseUS data recovery but couldn't parse the sparsebundle file. Is there any way I can try to get my data back without repairing TC mainboard? any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Can the Mac "see" the sparsebundle file file in Finder? If so, try double-clicking the file and it should appear on the desktop s a drive (assuming Finder preferences are set to show external drives). From there you should have access to the files with any number of programs.

after double-clicking the file, it did open all the files and what's better is the migration assistant can find the old backup. Unfortunately, the files being about to recover is showing 0 KB and no need to recover. I am so frustrated about the little hope come out and it disappear soon. thank you anyway. Why use Migration Assistant...should be able to use the Time Machine app exactly the same way the Time Machine app would be used when this hard drive was originally inside the Time Capsule.:)

Maybe OP has a special goal that wasn't mentioned...thus the reason for using Migration Assistant. But in absence of that...Time Machine app would seem the way to go.:)
