Hey Patrick - enjoyed the links but what an effort! ;D Being a woodworker, I have a variety of rare earth magnets around, but not in those shapes shown in the videos. Plus, I'm all set on tool sharpening - Dave
P.S. now what really amazed me was the complexity of the innards of these HDs and the number of tiny screws used - hard to believe my eBay replacement was only $37!
