How to open Bluetooth preferences when not able to use the mouse, is there any keyboard short cut?

I have an old wired mouse close by for just such occasions. The only way that I have found to consistently re-establish a magic mouse connection is to reboot.

I have an old wired mouse also close by, I just want to know if there's another way in case another mouse is not availabe.
Shut down the whole system and reboot? Though disconnected, the mouse is still available in the list of Bluetooth devices. I just need to reconnect.
