Recall on 29W USB-C Power Adaptor ?

I was just on the phone with Apple as I was concerned about an overheating power adaptor.

I learned that there is a recall on these.

Does anyone know when this recall came out? I never heard about it.

Sometimes Apple is secretive about recalls, however, I believe they did announce the recall on those adaptors because they might be fire hazards. When the recall was issued should be info you can get by googling. Sorry, I don't remember the date but it has been some time ago.
