I personally am not a fan of the search function There have been some changes to the forums software recently and the search function is one area which is being tempermental. If you can describe the problem you are having with the search engine perhaps I can help.

You can also post your question here and a moderator can move it to a more appropriate area if necessary.

Even when the search function worked on the forum, it did a bad job searching for content.

Instead, use google. In the google search bar, enter "site:mac-forums.com <search criteria>" and you will get all the links to posts about your criteria.

And search does work, but you have to go all the way to the bottom of the search screen to enter the proper response in the Random question section. Read it carefully to see what to do.

And for Vincenzo_64, you might do better asking that question in a Microsoft forum. Someone here MAY be able to answer it, but there are experts over at MS that might be better.

You're not going to receive 100 lashes if you start a new thread & a thread already exists on the topic.;) Go ahead...post a new thread with the question/issue...and we will try to answer as best as possible.:)

I used the search feature here to find the thread on Mac OS Mojave. Worked great.
