I have to horizontally scroll again :( move both ads to below the log.. on one line? Or like some forums do.. just put the ads at the bottom of the page above the footer text... some even below the footer text :)

If I put both ads on one line below the logo it will be the same width.

The forum text is still dynamic and conforms to browser width...

Yeah I know.. just good site design usually uses around 700 pixels now, up from 500 in the earlier days.. and I don't care much for having my browser window take up most of my screen real estate. Of course if you decide to leave it the way it is, Ill have to deal with horizontal scrolling, but since you asked.. I thought I would answer :)

You're right, it does look better when you can keep the width down.

Here is my nickel. With the ad at the bottom of the page, I don't think anyone will see it.

I found it because of this discussion.

Maybe put it above the quick reply textbox :) Although I think that might become intrusive :) Or hey program into VB user preferences and then we can all figure out where we want it *hehe* Im absolutely kidding!

rman does have a good point, I don't think there is any easy answer :(

just had a thought. not sure what the contract is with We Love Macs, but maybe set it up to alternate between the google ads and their ad on every other load?
