How to transfer my podcase from one itune to another itune?

I just bought my Macbook. How can I transfer my podcase from one itune to another itune? Thank you.

Can't you just move the whole itunes folder over?

If it's just your podcasts I believe you can export an opml file that you can then import into the new itunes but that won't bring the files.

First off is it a "podcase" or "podcast" ? I have no idea of what a podcase is, but a podcast is usually done in .mp3 format and if it is in your iTunes it more than likely is in the iTunes library which you can find probably by opening the preferences under iTunes and go to the advanced it will show you where it is saved. Example:

Macintosh HD:yourname:music:itunes:itunesMusic:podcasts

Inside there should be any podcasts you have done. Depending on what program you used to make the podcast, it will probably be a standard .mp3 file. Then all you have to do is take that file and send it to another computer just like any other file, then import it into their iTunes or what ever player they are using.
