QuickTime 7.6.4 will not properly play .mov file
The .imov file will not play properly on Power Mac G5 Quicktime.

Also when inserting chapters with G5 iMovie, the Chapters are not exporting to the newer iMac.

My plan was to use G5 iMovie to build video stream with chapters and move to iMac.

    Can not make it work.

iMovie Project get copies into a folder!

    Plays fine on current Quicktime.

The video is rolling during playback.

Trying to view my video for editing with older apps on G5 using older version of iMovie, iDVD.

Here is a screen video playing this file. Why won't it play properly in Quicktime 7.6.4?

I am trying to do video work with (iMovie, iDVD) using a Mac PPC G5 and none of my recorded videos are playing properly.

Why is this video producing a rolling picture?

    Your Mac's Specs
PPC Mini, 10.4.11. Intel Mini, 10.6.8. MacBook Pro, 10.10.5. iPhone 3GS.
I would think that it's your G5 and QT7 being unable to handle modern HD video.

Just out of curiosity, can you explain your video? Looks like your G5 screen on a modern Mac's screen? Have you screen shared?

Yes, wanted to show the G5 Quicktime screen rolling video so I screen shared using the iMac. Quicktime iMac allows Screen Recording so I used it to record G5 screen.

    Thanks

Why not use your iMac? If you want Chapters in your videos, you can use Subler to insert them. See here:
