Screen Recording with Audio, but not hearing it

I want to do a screen recording but not hear the audio when doing the recording, but still capture it for the recording. So, I think I need another source. Also, doing a screen recording using the Mic, it picks up all the noise in the room.
I've been using Quick Time Player, and have selected several of the different audio sources.... none work.
I have the following options for video that don't work:
Build in Microphone/Internal Microphone
Mohave Sound Grabber (don't know what this is)
Sunflower (2 ch)
Sunflower (64 ch)
System Audio Recorder
Mac OS El Capitan
Quick Time 10.4
Mac Book Pro

I don't understand what you are trying to do here. You don't want to hear the audio, but want to capture it? Here's a link with a tip to try:
Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).

That's only going to work for audio that you can actually hear and that your Mac's microphone could use. Not what you want if you don't want to hear the sound.
