• The Mac-Forums Community Guidelines (linked at the top of every forum) are very clear, we respect US law and court precedence when it comes to legality of activity.

    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. While some may argue otherwise, until the law is rewritten or the US Supreme Court strikes it down, we will adhere to the current intent of the law.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying unprotected movies or homemade DVDs.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying tools in the context that they are used for legal purposes as outlined in this post.

How to host a live video/audio presentation online?

Hey there ya'll!
So I'm in a bit of a conundrum. I'm leading a Bible study and have a gal who's skyping in. We have a time of worship (listening to some worship songs off youtube), then have a downloaded sermon we listen to. So for most of this, she has to sign out and is out of sync with the rest of the group. I was wondering if there's a way to just combine the worship songs (temporarily downloaded) and the downloaded sermon on the iMovie app on my mac, and, from that, somehow have it play "live" somewhere online so she could just go to that "somewhere" and watch/listen to it at the same time as we did. Sound like anything that's out there? Your thoughts are really appreciated! :D

Thx!

Google's Hangouts on Air might be able to do everything you need to do. I'm not sure about how easy it is to add video clips to the main video though I think it is possible. This is the system we use for the Mac-Forum Sunday chat but I haven't tried adding additional video clips to the existing video.
