Simple question, and I've not had luck searching for the answer.
I have a DVD (private, non-copywrited DVD from my wedding made by the DJ) that I'd like to copy to the HDD to be able to play it from the HDD, hopefully with included software, like idvd.
I just created "new image" using disk utility. I selected in the dropdowns 1. DVD/CD Master, 2. no encryption. But when I go to where I copied it, it shows up as a .cdr file and "mounts" an image, but I can only figure out how to see the underlying files and I can't figure out how to play it.
I'm a 4-day noob to Mac, so sorry for what's probably an easy answer (I hope).
