How do you cleanup your Mac

Hey Guys

Just wondering how do you clean up your Imac? As am really disappointed with it. My macbook has a faster internet speed that my Imac. And when opening applications it takes a while. Would you guys what I can do? Is there like a disk clean up?

I use ICE Clean to cleanup my iMac monthly. It is (freeware) right off the apple site. What OS are you running? Ice requires Tiger.

also run OnyX on your mac from time to time to keep it in tip-top performance
