Removed flash drive from sidebar...

I'm new to mac and have just bought a flash drive, plugged it in and then accidentally clicked 'remove from sidebar'...is there any way of returning it!?

I believe that if you power it off and back on again it will remount and you should see it again in the side bar. That is if it not on the desktop.

Just go to Finder Preferences and under sidebar choose the checkbox that says Removable Media....

Just in case anyone else is having this problem, i found the simplest way is to simply drag the flash drive icon back onto the sidebar :)
