Updated primary drive in MacPro to High Sierra and now when I boot from my 10.6.8 drive, 10.6.8 does not recognize or mount the 10.13.6 drive... Wants to initialize, ignite or eject. Didn’t have this problem when primary drive was El Capitan.

Was your High Sierra drive reformatted to APFS? Because that would certainly cause it to not be recognized by Snow Leopard.
