Hello

----- Context ----

I inadvertently deleted (and emptied the trash bin) a very important folder from my pro mac. And so to try to recover it I installed several data recovery software

--- Problem ---

The software doesn't recover anything. Some of them (for example EaseUS and others) ask me for a password to descrypt my hard disk, I tried with the session password and the appleid it doesn't work. I don't know what password it is.

Maybe a bit obvious but is that important folder not contained in any backups you have like Time Machine?
