I'll stick with the more secure ways I am doing things now. When the time comes that I'll be forced to switch, I suspect all the security concerns I (and others) have will be alleviated.

Unfortunately, this trend to more and more ubiquity can be detrimental. It's similar to other technology "advancements", and what they led to. Two obvious examples:
1. The calculator. I used to teach Mathematics courses on a part-time basis at various colleges, and the reliance by students on calculators kept getting worse and worse. It got to the point where students could not figure out the following simple problem without a calculator:
"If a shirt normally sells for $20, and there is a 10% off sale, excluding taxes, what will the shirt cost?"
It was amazing to see how deficient students were in trying to do such a simple problem without a calculator! And god forbid if it was slightly more complicated, with the problem being "If a shirt normally sells for $25, and there is a 10% off sale, excluding taxes, what will the shirt cost?". Another example: I was helping a student with a problem, and it got to a point where it was necessary to compute 32 - 17. I asked the student what is that. She first said "20", and I said no. Then she said 13, and I said no. She then said 18, and I said no. So I asked her what is the issue? She said she uses her calculator for something like that!
I thought to myself that these are (potentially) the future leaders of our country! I remember a saying I heard: The best calculator is your brain. It never runs out of batteries. Definitely true.
I did, though, have one student who offered some hope. I said to the class, what do you do if you are trying to buy a car, and the salesman states a price. If you need to do some further calculations, what happens if your calculator has run out of battery power? One of my students did say that she would take out some paper and pencil to try and work it out. Unfortunately, such a person was definitely in the minority.
2. Facebook, Twitter, etc. All of these "services" have resulted in less and less human interaction. Really, really sad. I myself need such interactions, and thus avoid using such services. Might be old school, but that's fine with me.
By the way, in doing a google search of "ubiquity", one of the definitions is:
"the fact of appearing everywhere or of being very common."
"the ubiquity of mobile phones means you don't really need a watch"
Well, that business about the watch is another example. I like to do some gambling at casinos, and do not like to carry my cell phone inside (might lose it, plus most of the time can't get reception). Well, casinos do not have any clocks, so how would one know what time it is? Well, I still wear a watch, and that works well.
I understand that ubiquity for computers is coming, but I truly wonder what it will do.

All of my Album Art disappeared but all of the music is still there. Get Album Artwork has returned it all, glad I have an unlimited download internet plan.Well I can count myself as lucky - was goin' to wait a week but wife was at an evening meeting last night w/ me at home - decided to upgrade my MBPro to Catalina (could always go back w/ a CCC HD BU) - went fine except for an issue trying to get Keychain to sync w/ iCloud (solved) - many of the issues above do not apply to me and a handful mentioned did not occur - now checking 'Music' some of my album art disappeared, so will try to add that soon - otherwise nothing drastic happened, BUT I'm about to go out of town and will wait a week before considering upgrading my other two Macs! Dave
Adobe Acrobat Pro not only doesn't work its GONE. All my PDF's are now opening in Preview which is fine really but I didn't see any warnings about Acrobat being incompatible.

Thanks Ian, that is a handy link. I had looked in the iTunes folder for Album Artwork and noted it was there but I still had no artwork in the Music app. So I used the Get Album Artwork command and now it is all as before. Using the info in your link I compared the two and finding they were the same size have trashed (But not emptied) the iTunes version with no apparent effects. Looks like its safe to just delete it unless anyone is considering going back to Mojave.
As for Adobe Acrobat Pro mentioned by Randy, my copy is gone. Checking up on this with Adobe Document Cloud Why don't my Adobe apps work in macOS Catalina 10.15? I find that only Acrobat pro DC which is a subscription based app and not yet fully tested with Catalina is the current replacement. I know that my copt of Acrobat Pro was 64bit
but the installation of Catalina somehow removed it.
Preview is fine anyway and for more advanced stuff I'm using PDF Reader Pro - Lite Edition by PDF Technologies Inc.

Thanks for that info, Rod. I am going to store my important PDFs on one of my external SSDs.
Is it possible that the reason it does not work is that it is not yet compatible with Catalina? Maybe Adobe will offer an update soon.
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro X. I suspect it will not be updated, although it has worked with Sierra, High Sierra, and Mojave. Can anyone suggest a good alternative?

Issues with Mail in Catalina
Just saw this:

I have not upgraded yet, and I use Thunderbird. But this is troublesome for Mail users.
Note the last paragraph in that link:
"To reiterate our advice in “macOS 10.15 Catalina Ships, Upgrade with Caution” (7 October 2019), hold off on upgrading to Catalina for a while, particularly if you use Mail.
Sane advice, no matter what software one uses!
