Hi does anyone know howto install jdk on Mojave I have searched high and low, no luck I am terminal literate long time linux
fixed thanks I had downloaded wrong jdk

The JDK installation instructions might help. And there is also this which has been provided by a Solaris programmer.

Take a look at both to see if they offer any help. The JDK install instructions provided by Oracle are kind of generic but might work for you.
