That's obviously Windows on there. What version of OS X/macOS was on there before? Do you have a backup?

    Your Mac's Specs
MBP 15" Mid 2015, iPhone XS, an iMac, plus ATVs, AWatch, MacMini
Also, not iOS, so this is in the wrong forum. Might get better help in the proper forum.

@Yohan That seems tp be the Windows recovery mode screen. Is the Windows installation functioning well. If not, that might indicate a larger hard drive problem.

@ Jake Thanks. Didn't notice that when I looked at the thread earlier. I've moved it to what I hope is a more appropriate area.

I think he understood your problem. He probably meant that this area of the forum is used for iPhone/iPad software related questions. Since your problem is a missing / deleted operating system the question should have been posted in the macOS section to possibly get more answers. Don't worry about that I moved it to a more appropriate area.

Restart and hold the option key down till you hear the chimes. Does it give you the option to boot from macOSX ?

Please backup. Everything has a life cycle, unexpected and warning free. Nothing will last as long as you want it to.
