The easiest way that I know to do it, is to create a temporary new user account on your Mac. Then sign into that account, and it should ask you to log in, or to create a new Apple/iCloud ID? You may need to use their contact information, so it may not be possible, if they're not there with you?

Don't know if that will work as Apple will want to send an email to the address submitting the information.

Apple gives you an iCloud email address?

Most folks use their primary email address as their Apple ID. You can of course use a different address for the Apple ID as long as Apple can reach you at an address you give them. Especially now that all new accounts are automatically required to use 2FA.

What the OP wants to do may not be possible because of 2FA.
