My Mac keeps asking for password instead of ID Touch

When I try to enable the computer with the ID Touch, it immediately goes on to ask for the password. I have started the ID Touch again and yet I can not use it
Whats the problem? :$

Asking for password instead of ID Touch

Here are some suggestions and explanations which may help. I suggest you read them and try out some of the solutions.

In passing, the Passcode will always required after an update or upgrade; if you have not used the App Store or iTunes store for a long time etc.

Thank you Ian.This issue has been fixed. I simply reset the computer and the problem is fixed. Thank you
