Good morning, I was prompted by the notification center that Mojave was ready to install. I saved and closed everything, and I keep back up of important files online. I went to restart to install on Friday morning and I've been stuck on this screen ever since. It is now Monday. What am I supposed to do? In the past when I've updated it's taken overnight but never several days. It's a MacBook pro I'm not sure what year but I've had it since 2015. IMG_20181105_074255~4.jpg

Personally, I would hold the power button, until the MBP shuts off. Then after a few, I would start it back up again, it should continue where it got stuck, but if it doesn't, there may be another issue.

You said you backup your important files, which is great, but do you have a Time Machine, or clone backup? Either of these would be handy for this situation.

If the MBP gets stuck again, you may need to attempt to boot into Apples' OS X Recovery, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314.

Did you run Disk First Aid prior to commencing the update? Always a good idea.
