After setting my Macintosh LCII with MacOS 7.5 I found a behaviour not seen at the moment.
When I want to eject a floppy disk, I choose Eject disk on the upper menu and the floppy is correctly ejected of the drive although the disk icon stills being shown in the desktop. Now if I want to turn off the Mac there's a message requesting to insert the floppy on the drive and if I do this the disk is immediatelly ejected and the Mac correctly turned off.
I made lots of tests and re-installations on this computer and I rememeber that in one case when I clicked Eject disk the floppy was ejected and the icon on the desktop dissapeared (this is the way that I think should it work). I checked all the options in the Extensions and Control Panels but I do not found any parameter that seems to be related to this feature.
Is this the way to correctly eject the floppy on MacOS 7.5 or should I use any special key or keys combination to do this?
