I can't get your screenshot to work, but that is no matter because this subject has been discussed a lot on the Forums.

Basically Safari 12 disables Extensions such as AdBlock & Ghostery because (a) they slow down or allegedly interfere with speed & efficiency of Safari (b) because Safari has added more protection of its own against tracking and Ads and ( c) it wants all Extensions and similar add-ons be to purchased via the App Store so that they meet Apple's security requirements.

The general advice has been to disable these until such time as Ghostery et al have updated their apps/Extensions or updated them in a way that allows purchase via the App Store.

There are at least two, possibly more, threads on this. Search under iOS 12; Safari 12 for examples.

Progress, eh?
