This may well be known to many, but as I have only just upgraded to macOS High Sierra, I found that my treasured Keyboard shortcut for creating a PDF of any document, failed - though it had worked fine through numerous previous versions of OS X.

I found that the "secret" is in the naming of the Menu Title. In all previous versions of OS X, it was "Save as PDF..." NB the 3 dots.

In macOS High Sierra, you input "Save as PDF". NB no dots.

If you had this shortcut previously and now have macOS High Sierra, you will need to delete the old version and create the new.

The article below explains this - BUT there is an error. Whilst explaining that the Menu Input should read Save as PDF (no dots) that is not what is illustrated. It's only when you read the text for macOS High Sierra versus the prior versions that the absence of the three dots becomes obvious.

Apologies for the very many who know all this; but there may be a few who didn't know the change and perhaps even more folks who didn't know you could do this at all:)
